To register and pay:
Fill out the Registration Form below and press the Submit button.
Then add each item to the cart. Each time you add to your cart, you will go to PayPal. Adjust your order and Check Out or Continue Shopping with the button in the upper right of the PayPal page.
Once you’re done adding items to your cart, complete your Payment on the PayPal site.
Golf Tickets
$150-per-Golfer
Includes: 18-holes, Cart, Range Balls, Steak Dinner, 3-Drink Tickets & entry in the String Game.
Closest to the Pin & other golf game tickets will be available at the outing.
Hole Sponsorships
$75-per-Hole
A sign will be placed on a hole teeing area with your company information or your message.
Dinner Only $50-per-Person. Purchase ticket here if not playing golf but coming to dinner.
